This role will play a crucial part in becoming a products and systems expert and continuously drive enhancements in our operations. The position works independent of supervision and assists others in the department.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain processes for the generation and management of reports
    • Examine, analyze and manage life insurance, annuity, billing and accounting reports
    • Analyze and report on trends within the operations to identify process improvements and training opportunities
    • Key responsibility for handling individual and group billing processing
    • Ability to collaborate with financial and systems areas
    • Deep understanding of life insurance/annuity products in order to conduct in depth and extensive research on policies and contracts
    • Handle complex requests, navigate through multiple administration systems, as well as our workflow and imaging tools to obtain and document necessary information
    • Maintain meticulous records with consistent quality and attention to detail, adhering to department policies and procedures
    • Adhere to Service Level of Agreements (SLAs) and individual/team metrics
    • Escalate more complex issues as appropriate
    • Remain current in profession and industry trends
    • Responsible for adherence to the company’s framework of internal controls
    • Undertake additional duties, assignments and special projects as delegated
    • Handle the most complex and/or critical in-bound calls from our customers and answer questions regarding their life or annuity product and/or servicing needs when volume dictates
    • Develop relationships with vendors

    Required Experience

    Education

    • H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required
    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

    Experience

    • 7-10 Years of industry experience Required
    • Experience with life insurance/annuity products

    Base Salary Range - $70,000 - $86,500
