What You Will Do:

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role you will use business and technical expertise to act as a liaison between IT and other stakeholders. You will gather, and document, system requirements, define scope and objectives, and assist in the creation of system specifications that drive system development and implementation. Additionally you will review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create system solutions that support overall business strategies. The scope of this position is specific to the interface between information technology and other areas of the business, including hardware and software engineering, manufacturing, ERP systems, cloud computing, and business development.

This is a hybrid on-site position located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly into the Manager, Business Intelligence.

How You Will Do It:

• Collaborate closely within a team of information technology specialists including BI, cyber security and infrastructure/operations.
• Facilitate, through analysis and investigation, detailed discussions concerning system requirements, and architecture with various enterprise stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying KPI and metrics for various business units.
• Assist in identifying project risks and constraints.
• Review and analyze business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate technical competence in information systems including ERP systems.
• Implement methods to plan and track progress both internally and externally.

What We Look For:

• You will need to be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• A Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Business Administration or another relevant related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Demonstrated competency with various languages including SQL and Python.

• Experience with an array of IT technologies and concepts including cloud infrastructure, automation, and a basic understanding of computer networking.
• Experience with Human Computer Interaction and an understanding of IU/UX concepts.
• The ability to ask probing, insightful questions to define and document business needs behind requests.
