Responsibilities (will include but are not limited to the following)
Interview , hire, and train incoming Delivery personnel
Conduct performance reviews of Delivery staff
Supervise delivery of product to customers
Supervise the stocking of product in each customer’s account
Ensure product freshness standards through supervision of proper rotation of products
Assist in merchandising activities including, but not limited to, building displays, facing labels, hanging point of sale materials and making signs
Maintain a clean and orderly delivery vehicle
Learn all Delivery functions
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform at scheduled work time
Safety awareness and prevention is the duty of all employees. As an employee of Eagle Distributing, it is incumbent of you to think safe, be safe, act safe and be aware of all situations that could put safety in jeopardy to any employee or our customers. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on company vehicles. Follow all traffic laws, ordinances and regulations of Local, State, Federal and Company.
