POSITIONTITLE: Transportation Driver

POSITIONPURPOSE:

Must have class C CDL with passenger endorsement license to drive van.

Duties Include:

• Preparing paperwork
• Assure resident is in proper attire according to weather
• Transport to appointment and assist with getting registered.
• Return all information to Nurse on staff.

Ensures that resident’s personal care needs are being met in accordance with Resident’s wishes and Care Plan Objectives.
