    We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Instructor to join our team in Jacksonville, FL, US. The perfect candidate will have extensive real estate expertise, strong communication abilities, and a true enthusiasm for educating others. Your main responsibilities as a Real Estate Instructor will include providing engaging and informative classes, workshops, and training sessions for our students. Responsibilities: • Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the real estate industry to ensure course content is current and relevant. • Evaluate Student Performance: Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and other evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. • Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for students. • Developing Study Guides: The key responsibility of this role is to meticulously craft an impactful study guide tailored to assist candidates in their preparation for the Florida Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Exam. • Creating Instructional Videos: The instructor will be tasked with producing engaging instructional video lectures derived from the study guide's content. These videos aim to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the material. • Student Support: Assist students by addressing inquiries and providing additional support to those encountering challenges with the course content. This involves actively engaging with students to enhance their learning experience. • Alignment with Licensing Requirements: Ensure that the pre-licensing course materials align seamlessly with the licensing requirements set forth by the Florida Real Estate Commission. Qualifications: • Possession of a valid and up-to-date Florida Real Estate Instructor License. • In-depth knowledge of Florida real estate laws, industry practices, and current market trends. • Prior experience in teaching or instructing, with a focus on real estate education. • Familiarity with Florida Real Estate Salesperson licensing requirements and course materials. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex real estate concepts. • Ability to establish positive and engaging interpersonal relationships with students. Schedule: • Choose your own hours. Compensation: $35 hourly
