Responsibilities: • Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met • Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions • Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills • Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
