Position Summary:
We seek a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. This position involves developing and maintaining WordPress websites for our clients and managing their online presence. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with a flair for creative content and an understanding of forms and the backend.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and update WordPress sites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and reflect the clients’ branding and objectives.
· Design web forms from physical forms to digitize paper processes
· Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and efficiency.
· Ensure website security by implementing best practices and regular updates.
· Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and perform regular maintenance.
· Collaborate with the development team to integrate new technologies and ensure websites meet current web standards.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in WordPress development, with a portfolio showcasing previous projects.
· Solid understanding of web technologies.
· Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.

Our software is used at about 70 Tribes across the country. As most of our customers are very remote, several also use Eaglesun for hardware services, including designing, building, managing, and supporting varying-sized networks. We also design and manage websites for our customers.
