TAX PROFESSIONAL Opportunities available at multiple levels from Associate to Manager

Eakle and Company, PLLC, a full-service CPA firm located in Lexington, KY, provides tax, accounting, assurance and advisory services to individual, business and non-profit clients. Our Firm is structured to provide leadership in achieving high quality professional performance while maintaining the concept of individual responsibility.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking hands-on, motivated team players with 2+ years of recent public accounting tax experience to lead tax engagements. Working directly with the firm's Partners and clients, you will prepare challenging business, individual and non-profit tax returns including partnerships and trusts for clients in a diverse group of industries; conduct complex tax research and planning to help clients identify tax exposure; review financial statements and develop and cultivate professional client relationships. Manager candidates will prepare tax returns, conduct tax review, and be a resource and mentor to junior staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license or on track to obtain
• 2+ years of recent public accounting tax experience progressing in scope and responsibility
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and computer skills including tax software proficiency (ProSystem fx Tax software proficiency preferred)
• Prior non-profit accounting experience is a plus

The firm offers an excellent compensation package with a salary range from $65K- $125K based on experience level.  The employee package also includes overtime pay (any hours worked over 40 per week).
