Education : Less Than High School Experience : 24 Hours per Week : 40 Description : Position Summary Perform tasks involving physical labor at residential construction projects. May operate a variety of hand and power tools. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. May assist other craft workers. The position consists of but is not limited to the following duties Essential Job Functions General laborer duties associated with pipe prep crews. Required ability to shovel, rake and handle other small tools. Equipment cleanup as needed. May be called upon to run small power tools. Signal operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment and movement of materials. Assist in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices. Manual labor including shoveling and raking. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments. Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required. Be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary. Be able to work overtime when required. Must have strong work ethic.
