We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Infant Teacher to join our team and contribute to the growth and happiness of our little ones.

    Position: Infant Teacher

    Infant teacher position works closely with a co-teacher in the classroom, as this classroom requires two teachers

    Responsibilities:

    Create a warm, loving, and nurturing environment for infants to thrive emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

    Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate infants' curiosity and encourage their natural development.

    Provide individualized attention and care to each child, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

    Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.

    Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with parents and caregivers to support their child's development.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom conducive to learning and exploration.

    Stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.

    Uphold the values and philosophy of Early Bloomers by prioritizing the social-emotional well-being of every child.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an Infant Teacher in a reputable early childhood education setting.

    Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of the social-emotional needs of infants.

    Warm, loving, and nurturing personality, capable of building strong connections with infants and their families.

    Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and curriculum development for infants.

    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and management.

    Commitment to providing a safe, enriching, and fun learning environment for every child.
