Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational experience for our young learners. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment where toddlers can explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that feels like a home away from home for toddlers.

Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and social interaction.

Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and active engagement.

Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring a safe and hygienic space for toddlers.

Observe and assess children's developmental progress

Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and participate in activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Stay updated on early childhood education best practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Toddler Teacher in an early childhood education setting.

ECE credentials obtained, or willing to continue education

Strong passion for early learning and child development.

Exceptional nurturing, caring, and personable qualities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Ability to meet state licensing requirements for childcare providers.
