    Join Jersey ChildCare LLC as an Early Child Care Floater, where you will play a vital role in nurturing and supporting young minds!     Responsibilities:

    Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities for children.

    Supervise and engage children during playtime, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

    Provide one-on-one attention to children, fostering their social and emotional development.

    Support classroom management and maintain a clean, organized learning space.

    Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding child progress and needs.

    Adapt to various classroom settings and age groups as needed throughout the day.

    Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

    Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with state regulations.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; degree in early childhood education preferred.

    Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.

    CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and adults.

    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

    Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and schedules.

    Passion for working with young children and promoting their development.

    Background check clearance and child abuse registry check required.
