About the Role:

Learning Center at Madison LLC is looking for a passionate and organized Early Childhood Administrator to lead and inspire their team in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the early childhood learning center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment

Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff and support personnel

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and early childhood education standards

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and educational programming

Manage enrollment, family communications, and parent engagement initiatives

Maintain accurate records including staff files, child development documentation, and licensing paperwork

Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred

2+ years of experience in an early childhood education leadership or administrative role

Knowledge of Delaware childcare licensing regulations and NAEYC standards

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Experience with curriculum planning and child development best practices

Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood education
