    Now Hiring: Early Childhood Clinical Specialist Focus in Family Coaching & Intervention | Flexible Hours | San Diego, CA Center for Thoughtful Lasting Change, Inc. (CTLC) is a multidisciplinary behavioral health agency dedicated to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care for young children and their families. We specialize in early intervention and developmental services for children at risk of or diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). At CTLC, we value collaborative, family-centered approaches. We are seeking an empathetic, reflective, and highly motivated Early Childhood Clinical Specialist – Family Coaching & Intervention Focused applicants to deliver parent-mediated services using the Project ImPACT for Toddlers manualized model. This role centers on empowering parents and caregivers of toddlers (ages 12–36 months) with strategies to enhance their child’s social-emotional communication and engagement in their everyday routines. Services are delivered in the family’s home. This is an excellent opportunity for a bachelor's degree recipient or master's-level clinician (pre-licensed or licensed) with a passion for early intervention, caregiver coaching, and neurodevelopmentally informed care. Responsibilities: • Coach parents and caregivers using the Project ImPACT for Toddlers model • Provide services within the child’s natural environment and around their daily routines • Perform developmental assessments and monitor and track the child's progress over the duration of the program • Collaborate with families to create goals and adapt intervention strategies as needed • Adhere to Project ImPACT protocol through supervision and fidelity checks • Maintain consistent and professional communication with caregivers, team members, managers, and interdisciplinary partners • Complete documentation and reports in a timely and audit-ready manner Qualifications: • Master’s degree in psychology, education, child development, social work, or related field (Bachelor's degree will be considered with applicable experience) • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing early intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental delays • Project ImPACT certification (or willingness to complete training and fidelity checks) • Strong knowledge of child development and caregiver/parent coaching strategies • Skilled in collaborating with families from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds • Proficient with technology, including data entry tools, email, Microsoft Word, and documentation systems • Valid CA driver’s license, reliable and personal transportation, and ability to clear a background check • Current CPR/BLS certification (infant/child/adult) or willingness to complete certification through CTLC Preferred • Experience with naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions (NDBIs) • Bilingual in Spanish/English/Arabic is a plus • Understanding of reflective practice approaches or trauma-informed care Compensation: $25 - $33 hourly
