As we grow, we are seeking an Early Childhood Instructional Mentor to help bring our curriculum to life and support our teaching staff with mentorship, skill-building, and encouragement.

Position Summary:

The Early Childhood Curriculum Coach will serve as a hands-on mentor and support system for our teaching staff. This role is designed to amplify classroom instruction by providing coaching, modeling, and professional development that aligns with our center’s curriculum and values. You’ll work directly with teachers to inspire confidence, elevate instructional quality, and cultivate a joyful, purposeful learning environment for children and staff alike.

This position is part time [15-20 hours a week].

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to enhance curriculum delivery through co-teaching, lesson planning, and skill-sharing

Provide regular in-classroom support, modeling effective strategies in classroom management, engagement, and instruction

Lead brief, engaging professional development sessions tailored to team needs

Build trusting relationships with staff to boost morale and promote a culture of continuous learning

Offer coaching and feedback to help teachers grow in confidence, creativity, and classroom leadership

Support fidelity to our creative curriculum while encouraging innovation and joy in teaching

Qualifications:

Experience in early childhood education or instructional coaching (required)

Knowledge of curriculum-based teaching and classroom best practices

Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for mentorship and team growth

Ability to lead with empathy, encouragement, and clear communication

Passion for nurturing both teachers and children in a mission-driven environment
