Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. We operate year-round with full business hours of 7:30AM-5:30PM.

    Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and compassionate Early Childhood Director to lead our early learning program. The Director will oversee daily operations, curriculum implementation, staff supervision, licensing compliance, and family engagement. This is a leadership role requiring a blend of educational expertise, administrative skills, and a deep passion for early childhood development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of the early childhood program (infants through pre-K).

    Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff.

    Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements and accreditation standards.

    Ensure implementation of developmentally appropriate is curriculum aligned with best practices.

    Manage budgets, enrollment, and resources efficiently.

    Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and the broader community.

    Promote a culture of inclusion, safety, and continuous improvement.

    Lead staff training, professional development, and team-building efforts.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (required).

    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

    Knowledge of state licensing regulations and early learning standards.

    Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

    Knowledge of Colorado Shines Quality Improvement Rating, Denver Preschool Program, Universal Preschool program, and NAEYC
