We are currently seeking a dependable, flexible, and engaging Float Teacher who is passionate about supporting classrooms and helping our school run smoothly each day.

Responsibilities:

Support multiple classrooms, including infants, toddlers, and preschool

Step in to relieve lead teachers and assist with daily routines

Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging environment in each classroom

Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families

Communicate effectively with teachers and parents when needed

Adapt quickly to different classroom needs and age groups

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children of all ages

Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to take initiative and jump in where needed
