    We are currently seeking a hard-working, engaging, and nurturing Preschool Teacher for children ages 3–5 who is passionate about early childhood education and preparing students for kindergarten and beyond.

    Responsibilities:

    Create a structured, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment

    Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities

    Support early literacy, math, and social-emotional development

    Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive peer interactions

    Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations

    Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

    Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate as partners in their child’s growth and development

    Qualifications:

    Passion for working with preschool-aged children

    Dependable, positive, and team-oriented

    Strong communication and classroom management skills

    Creative, organized, and able to balance structure with play

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Full-time position

    Competitive pay: $12–$18/hour
