ECE Teacher

Delightful Learning Center is looking for a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our team and help shape the foundation of learning for young children. This role focuses on creating a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, inspired, and supported in their social, emotional, and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards

Create a nurturing classroom that encourages creativity, curiosity, and independence

Use varied teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and developmental needs

Organize daily activities such as arts & crafts, music, movement, and outdoor play

Track and document children's progress and milestones; communicate with families regularly

Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience

Foster strong, respectful relationships with parents through regular updates and involvement

Ensure children's safety and well-being while following all health and safety guidelines

Stay current on best practices in early childhood education

Qualifications:

CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred (or equivalent experience)

Prior experience as a preschool teacher or in a similar setting

Strong classroom management, planning, and communication skills

CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)

Creativity, patience, and a nurturing approach to teaching
