The Learning Experience in Surprise is hiring passionate Early Childhood Education Teachers to join our growing team. We are seeking dedicated educators for Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. What You Will Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment • Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development • Implement age appropriate curriculum and structured learning activities • Maintain classroom organization and state licensing standards • Build strong relationships with families and team members • Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children

Arizona Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required • Must meet Arizona Department of Health Services licensing requirements • Prior early childhood education experience preferred
