Early Childhood Education Teacher (EEC Certified) Location: The Learning Experience – Dedham, MA Pay: $22–$23 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Toddler Teacher – Early Childhood Classroom

The Learning Experience – Dedham is seeking certified Toddler Teachers to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social-emotional growth. This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences through structured routines, hands-on learning, and positive teacher-child relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children

Support early communication and social-emotional development

Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers

Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment

Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones

Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership

Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required

Prior toddler classroom experience preferred

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Reliable and nurturing teaching approach

Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
