Early Childhood Education Teacher Location: The Learning Experience – Foxboro, MA Pay: $22–$23 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Toddler Teacher – Early Childhood Classroom

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking certified Toddler Teachers to support children during an important stage of language development, independence, and social-emotional growth. This role focuses on creating engaging classroom experiences through structured routines, hands-on learning, and positive teacher-child relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily classroom routines for toddler-aged children

Support language development and early social interaction

Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers

Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment

Assist with transitions including meals and toileting routines

Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones

Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required

Prior toddler classroom experience preferred

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Reliable and nurturing teaching approach

Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements
