The Learning Experience in Loveland is seeking passionate Early Childhood Education Teachers to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. If you enjoy creating engaging learning environments and helping children thrive, we would love to connect with you.

What You Will Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment • Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development • Implement age appropriate curriculum and learning activities • Lead and support classroom routines and overall classroom management • Communicate regularly with families regarding children’s development and daily activities • Build strong relationships with families and team members • Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children • Partner with leadership to support enrollment and classroom success

Colorado Requirements

• Must meet Colorado Office of Early Childhood licensing requirements • PDIS Level 2 or higher required • High school diploma or equivalent required • Must pass Colorado state background check • Completion of required state training and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of professional teaching experience required • One year of experience in early childhood education preferred • Associate degree in ECE or related field preferred • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
