Founding Lead Teacher – New Early Childhood Center Opening Soon

Location: The Learning Experience – Worcester, MA Pay: $22.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Worcester is preparing to open its brand-new early childhood education center, and we're looking for an experienced Founding Lead Teacher to help shape our culture from day one.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new school, establish classroom traditions, mentor fellow educators, and create an exceptional learning environment for children and families in our community. What You'll Do

Lead one of our Infant, Toddler, or Preschool classrooms with confidence and enthusiasm

Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment from opening day

Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum through hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences

Foster children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development

Mentor Assistant Teachers and help establish a collaborative, positive team culture

Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators

Maintain classroom organization while ensuring full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards

Qualifications

Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required

Previous Lead Teacher experience in a licensed childcare or preschool program preferred

Strong classroom management and leadership skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Passion for creating exceptional early learning experiences

CPR and First Aid certification preferred
