About the Role:

Bright Minds Bright Beginnings LLC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Early Childhood Educator to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA! Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally-driven lesson plans and activities

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for young children

Monitor and document children's developmental milestones and progress

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child development and daily activities

Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior guidance

Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure program quality and consistency

Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and early childhood education standards

Requirements:

CDA (Child Development Associate

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred

Previous experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children

Knowledge of PA Keystone STARS or similar early childhood quality frameworks a plus

Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass required background checks per Pennsylvania childcare regulations

Warm, nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for early childhood development
