About the Role:

Jersey ChildCare LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator Lead Teacher to join our growing team in Brick, NJ! Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate, curriculum-based lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for young children

Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress and milestones

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child development and classroom activities

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom aides

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and childcare health and safety standards

Collaborate with fellow educators and administration to support program goals

Requirements:

NJ State childcare certification or CDA credential is a plus

Prior experience in a lead teacher or early childhood classroom role

Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices

Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
