Job Summary Pointe Academy is a Christian, faith-based preschool committed to nurturing young children through play, discovery, and spiritual growth. We offer full-day care and educational experiences for children from birth through age five in a joyful, inclusive, and developmentally rich environment.
We are seeking passionate, dedicated teachers who embrace our mission and bring creativity, compassion, and professionalism to their classrooms. We are currently hiring for Lead and Assistant Lead Teacher positions across multiple classrooms, with top priority given to:
Closer shifts in Toddler, Early Preschool, and Preschool classrooms
Lead Teacher (Opener) in the Toddler classroom
Responsibilities
Designing and implementing play-based, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that reflect both academic and spiritual goals
Creating a warm, structured classroom environment that supports positive behavior and emotional growth
Communicating regularly with families through ProCare, sharing updates, photos, and insights with clarity and care
Participating in ongoing professional development and contributing to a collaborative, supportive staff culture
Maintaining classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness in alignment with TX state licensing and our center's high quality standards
Integrating faith-based values and spiritual guidance into daily routines and learning experiences
Qualifications
Experience in early childhood education (ECE) required
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices
Patient, kind, and nurturing disposition
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
TX Food Handlers certification
Preference given to candidates with a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education; those without must be willing to pursue credentialing (credentials required for all lead teacher positions)

Shift Options:
Opener: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Mid-day: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Closer: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
