    What You’ll Do

    Create and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans.

    Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can explore and thrive.

    Observe, assess, and document children’s progress.

    Build strong partnerships with families and collaborate with fellow staff members.

    Maintain a clean, organized classroom that supports hands-on learning.

    Lead activities that promote creativity, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth.

    Ensure adherence to all state licensing regulations and health/safety standards.

    Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

    What We’re Looking For

    Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.

    At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning setting.

    Teaching license or Early Childhood Education certification preferred.

    Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with young children.

    Understanding of early childhood development and best practices.

    Ability to create a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.

    First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

    A positive, team-oriented mindset and dedication to continuous learning.
