About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Primrose School of North Meridian as we open our doors to a new private preschool! We are seeking passionate Lead Teachers who are dedicated to nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Monitor and assess children's progress and development.

Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's learning journey.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration and discovery.

Lead classroom activities that encourage creativity and social interaction.

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and health standards.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting.

Valid teaching license or certification in Early Childhood Education.

Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young children.

Ability to create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere.

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to lifelong learning.
