What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a team of teachers and administrative staff

Drive enrollment growth through outstanding tours and family engagement

Build a positive, accountable workplace culture

Ensure compliance with all state licensing requirements

Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality

Foster strong relationships with families and the community

Manage daily operations while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Current Texas Child Care Director's License (required)

Minimum 3 Years of Leadership experience in a licensed childcare center

Strong communication and organizational skills

Demonstrated success with enrollment growth and family retention

Ability to coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable

Knowledge of Texas licensing standards and quality initiatives

A positive, solution-oriented leadership style
