About the Role:

Join the Charlotte Child Development Center as an Early Childhood Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a warm and engaging environment. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment for children.

Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff through effective communication.

Engage children in hands-on activities that encourage exploration and creativity.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

NC Credentials

Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.

Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Creative, patient, and nurturing demeanor.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
