🌟 Lead With Love. Teach With Purpose. Grow With Us.

At Thrive Early Learning Center, we are building something different—and we’re looking for educators who can feel that.

This is not just a classroom job. This is a place where children are known, teachers are supported, and standards actually matter.

If you are the kind of teacher who:

Walks into a room and immediately builds connection

Believes behavior is communication—not something to “control”

Takes pride in your classroom environment and routines

Wants to grow, improve, and be part of a strong team

you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

đŸ‘©â€đŸ« The Role: Early Childhood Teacher (Flexible Placement)

We are hiring strong teachers for multiple age groups (Infant–School Age), based on your strengths.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Creating a classroom that is safe, structured, and engaging

Following a consistent daily schedule (because children thrive on predictability)

Building positive relationships with children, families, and teammates

Managing behavior using calm, developmentally appropriate strategies

Keeping your classroom clean, organized, and ready every day

Communicating clearly with families through our app and in person

Showing up prepared, on time, and ready to lead

    🧭 What Sets Thrive Apart

We are built on clear values:

We Build Belonging – Every child and family matters

We Lead With Love – Guidance over punishment

We Protect Childhood – Play is powerful learning

We Grow Together – Feedback and growth are expected

You will be supported—but also held to a high standard.

✅ This Role Is For You If:

You take ownership of your classroom (not “wait to be told”)

You are calm, patient, and emotionally steady—even on hard days

You want to improve your teaching skills, not just clock in/out

You are dependable—your team can count on you

You communicate professionally with families and coworkers

You care about doing things the right way, not the easy way

đŸš« This Role Is Not For You If:

You are frequently late, call out often, or struggle with reliability

You prefer minimal structure or “winging it” during the day

You get easily overwhelmed managing multiple children at once

You view this as “just babysitting” instead of a professional role

You resist feedback, coaching, or accountability

You are looking for a temporary or short-term position

    đŸ’Œ Requirements

Experience working with children in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical

    Strong communication and teamwork skills

CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain quickly)

High school diploma (required); CDA or higher (preferred)

📈 What You Can Expect From Us

A leadership team that is present, supportive, and structured

Clear expectations—you will always know what “good” looks like

Opportunities for growth into lead or leadership roles

A positive, team-oriented culture where effort is noticed

    Consistency—not chaos

If you’re ready to be part of a center that values professionalism, growth, and doing things well—not just getting by—we’d love to meet you.
