    Join Our Team as an Early Education Coordinator in Tiverton, Rhode Island! We are seeking a skilled and passionate Early Education Coordinator to oversee and enhance the quality of early childhood education at our center.     Position: Early Education Coordinator Location: Tiverton, Rhode Island Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee the daily operations of early childhood education programs, ensuring compliance with Rhode Island Department of Children, Youth & Families (DCYF) regulations and RIELDS (Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards).

    Collaborate with teachers to develop, implement, and assess curriculum plans.

    Provide support and guidance to teaching staff through mentoring, training, and professional development opportunities.

    Regular classroom observations and assessments should be conducted to monitor the quality of teaching and child development.

    Coordinate with families to foster a strong partnership between home and school.

    Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.

    Manage program documentation and reports required for state compliance and internal needs.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

    At least 3 years of experience working in early childhood education settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

    Valid Rhode Island Early Childhood Education (ECE) teaching credentials.

    Knowledge of Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training (DLT) regulations as they pertain to early childhood education.

    Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

    Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

    Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community members.

    Experience with program assessment and quality improvement.
