About the Role
We are seeking a flexible, caring, and dedicated floater teacher to join our early childhood education team! This position supports multiple classrooms ranging from infants through Pre-K, helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with children of various ages, adapts easily, and is passionate about helping them learn and grow.
Responsibilities
Support lead and assistant teachers in daily classroom routines
Supervise children to ensure safety and well‑being at all times
Engage children in play, learning activities, and established curriculum
Maintain classroom cleanliness and follow health & safety procedures
Assist with diapering, potty training, meal times, and transitions
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
Step into different classrooms as needed throughout the day
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children (preferred)
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing needs throughout the day
Strong communication and teamwork skills
