We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Developmental Therapist to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers throughout Illinois as Independent Contractors.

What You'll Do As an Early Intervention Developmental Therapist, you will:
Provide developmentally appropriate, play-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers
Support children's developmental, communication, social-emotional, cognitive, and functional skills within the provider's scope and authorization
Incorporate therapy and developmental strategies into everyday routines and activities
Provide caregiver coaching and support to help families promote developmental progress between visits
Work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other members of the child's Early Intervention team
Provide services in the child's natural environment
Follow the child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and authorized services
Complete required service documentation accurately and within required timeframes
Communicate professionally with families and the Early Intervention team
Follow Illinois Early Intervention requirements and Provider Connections guidelines
Maintain required credentials, training, and professional qualifications
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Child Development, or another field approved for the Illinois Early Intervention Developmental Therapist credential
Current Illinois Early Intervention credential/eligibility as required
Ability to provide services within the child's natural environment
Experience working with infants, toddlers, young children, or children with developmental delays preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with parents and caregivers
Reliable transportation for community-based services
Ability to maintain required professional credentials and insurance
Compensation
Starting rate: $38 per completed 60-minute session
