You’ll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home. Responsibilities: • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. • Meet with families to provide training and guidance for continued progress at home. • Maintain accurate patient records. • Design and deliver individualized therapy plans to meet each child’s needs. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans. Qualifications: • Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred. • Understanding of speech and language anatomy. • Skilled in speech therapy techniques, Gestalt Language Processing, and AAC device usage. • Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with relevant credentials. Compensation: $75,000 per year
