Responsibilities: • Lead one-on-one or small group therapy sessions. • Maintain accurate patient records. • Track progress and update treatment plans as needed. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ speech, language, and cognitive abilities. • Design and deliver individualized therapy plans to meet each child’s needs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. • Track progress and update treatment plans as needed. • Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ communication and cognitive skills. • Provide therapy sessions to improve children’s communication skills. Qualifications: • Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, interventions, and Gestalt Language Processing. • Eager to grow professionally and learn new techniques. • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing. • Understanding of speech and language anatomy. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. • Prior experience with pediatric populations, preferably in autism therapy. • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth. Compensation: $75,000 per year
