What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech and language evaluations and standardized assessments.
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on each child’s communication, language, feeding, and social development needs.
Provide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate.
Incorporate play-based, functional, and engaging interventions into therapy sessions.
Monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document outcomes accurately and on time.
Communicate regularly with caregivers and members of the child’s care team.
Maintain detailed and compliant documentation aligned with payer and CDSA requirements, when applicable.
Coordinate scheduling and maintain continuity of care with families and the All About Therapy administrative team.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience with kids.
Ability to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment.
Strong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision-making skills.
Clear, professional communication with families and care teams.
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home-based, or community-based pediatric settings.
Experience working with diverse diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays.
Familiarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements.
Comfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows.
