We are looking for a warm, patient, and reliable Early Learning Assistant to support our young students (ages 3–10) in building strong foundational skills in math and reading.

📍 Location:

Kumon of Palma Ceia – Tampa, FL (33629)

🕒 Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Work closely with early learners (preschool–3rd grade)

Guide students with worksheets, reading, and number recognition

Support proper pencil grip and letter/number formation

Encourage focus, independence, and confidence

Assist with classroom organization and student flow

✅ Requirements:

Enjoy working with young children

Patient, energetic, and attentive

Strong communication skills

Reliable and punctual (arrives a few minutes early)

High school student (16+) or college student preferred
