Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Early Learning Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, that are in a classroom for the very first time! You will be assessing their current academic level, and designing instruction to meet students’ collective and individual needs.

Responsibilities

Create and teach a fun and inspiring curriculum

Teach beginning coordination and musical skills

Assist children with developing social and emotional skills

Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques

Communicate with parents and other school personnel

Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications

Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of classroom health and safety guidelines and ability to adhere to the guidelines

Problem-solving and mediation skills

The ability to make decisions under pressure
