Example Shift Times (Weekdays & Weekends Needed)

We’re looking for flexibility, especially in the mornings:

Early Morning: 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM starts

Morning–Midday: 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM starts

Early morning availability (7:30 AM / 8:00 AM start) is highly desired. Please note: As a private-duty agency, hours are not guaranteed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day is different, but always meaningful:

Personal care and daily living support

Safe mobility and transfers (gait belts, sit-to-stand, Hoyer lifts)

Companionship and emotional support

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Transportation and errands

Medication reminders

Requirements

We’re looking for dependable, caring professionals who bring heart to their work:

Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (in-home or facility)

High school diploma or GED; must be 18+

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Clear background check and CAPS check

Three professional references

Negative TB test (within 30 days of hire)

Dependable, patient, and compassionate attitude
