About the Role:
PIEOCENTRAL LLC in Winter Garden, FL is looking for a dependable and hardworking Early Morning Cleaning and Light Maintenance Person to help keep our facility looking its best. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in a clean, well-maintained environment and enjoys starting their day early. This position starts at 6AM and ends at 9AM three days a week.
This is a good opportunity for a Spanish speaking person.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of interior spaces including floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas during early morning hours
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment
Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and minor repairs as needed
Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use
Requirements:
Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or light maintenance preferred
Ability to work early morning hours reliably and consistently
Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic
Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Responsabilidades:
Realizar una limpieza exhaustiva de los espacios interiores —incluyendo suelos, baños, cocinas y áreas comunes— durante las primeras horas de la mañana.
Barrer, trapear, aspirar y desinfectar superficies para mantener un entorno limpio y seguro.
Realizar tareas de mantenimiento ligero, como cambiar bombillas, ajustar accesorios y efectuar reparaciones menores según sea necesario.
Identificar y reportar a la gerencia cualquier problema de mantenimiento o riesgo de seguridad.
Reponer los suministros de limpieza y artículos de baño según sea necesario.
Asegurarse de que todo el equipo de limpieza reciba el mantenimiento adecuado y se guarde correctamente tras su uso.
Requisitos:
Se prefiere experiencia previa en limpieza comercial, servicios de conserjería o mantenimiento ligero.
Capacidad para trabajar en horario matutino de manera confiable y constante.
Conocimientos básicos de productos de limpieza, equipos y procedimientos de seguridad.
Gran atención al detalle y ética de trabajo con iniciativa propia.
Capacidad para permanecer de pie, agacharse y levantar hasta 30 libras (aprox. 13.6 kg) durante el turno.
Persona confiable, puntual y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente con mínima supervisión.
Se prefiere que sea bilingüe (español).
