At Purpose Kids, we believe the early years lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning. We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Early Preschool Teacher to join our team. As an Early Preschool Teacher, you will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom where children can explore, learn through play, and develop the social, emotional, and academic skills needed for future success.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate classroom.

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans and hands-on learning experiences aligned with our curriculum.

Foster children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Encourage independence while providing nurturing guidance and support.

Maintain active supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.

Communicate daily with families regarding children's progress and classroom activities.

Maintain accurate classroom documentation and records.

Keep the classroom clean, organized, and compliant with Texas Child Care Regulation standards.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to provide exceptional care and education.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare setting preferred.

CDA, Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or related coursework is a plus.

CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Must pass all required background checks and meet Texas Child Care Regulation requirements.
