What Your Day Will Look Like
You’ll create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, curious, and excited to learn.
You’ll:
Build caring, trusting relationships with young children
Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
Bring our Balanced Learning® curriculum to life — lesson plans are created for you
Encourage children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom
Communicate and build strong relationships with families
Collaborate with a supportive team of teachers and school leaders
Continue developing your skills through professional learning opportunities
