Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans for children aged 2.5 to 3 years old.

Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment where children can explore and thrive.

Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on activities and play.

Maintain strong communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and milestones.

Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness, following all licensing and health regulations.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive and cohesive school environment.

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred.

Experience working with toddlers or preschool-age children in an educational setting.

Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing approach to teaching.

Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Ability to meet all state licensing requirements, including background checks and health screenings.
