About the Role:

Join The Learning Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in Riverview, FL, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant and supportive environment. We are dedicated to providing exceptional educational experiences, and we are looking for passionate educators to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.

Assess and document children's progress and development regularly.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety standards.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirement

Experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing young learners.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Background check clearance is required.
