Vision Life provides in-home care support for individuals with disabilities who choose to continue working toward their care goals in a residential home setting.

We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide weekend 24-hour care in Monrovia. We have openings for:

Primary weekend caretaker (24 hours)

Backup support for weekends

Candidates with flexible availability are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule

Weekend coverage (Saturday & Sunday) – 24 hours

Backup support also needed for weekend coverage

Residential in-home environment

What We’re Looking For

Dependable, patient, and respectful

Comfortable providing support in a residential home

Able to follow routines and care plans

Quick learner with strong communication skills

DSP or caregiving experience preferred (not required)

Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

Provide direct support in a residential in-home setting

Assist with daily routines and activities

Supervise and support client safely

Maintain a respectful and supportive environment

Follow care plans and documentation requirements
