JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides mobile application (iOS and Android) support to the citizens of Colorado. The support will be for a new application currently being built. The incumbent responds and provides assistance for support requests via phone and emails. They identify, research, and resolve technical problems associated with the mobile app. They document, track and monitor customer support requests to ensure a timely resolution. They utilize personal experience, documentation and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
List of skills needed to be successful in this position:
Must have at least 1 year of experience supporting mobile devices.
