CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE GOOD COMPUTER SKILLS (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD) AND DEMONSTRATE EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

Candidate should ideally have customer service experience and / or project /process improvement experience.

Looking for a dynamic Customer Service Delivery Process Admin who is eager participate in project management and process improvement opportunities for our Customer Service operations network. The Customer Service Delivery Process Admin will assist in evaluating, planning, and deploying project and process opportunities across multiple global customer support sites.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Organize and incorporate multiple tasks and skills with a high level of accuracy and efficiency with minimal assistance and within designated working hours.
• Satisfactory written and verbal communication skills. Conversant in English and able to accurately document patient information.  Detail-oriented, accurate documentation skills.
• Tailors communication style to meet the needs of the population served (infant through geriatric).
• Knowledge of proper body mechanics, safety measures and infection control, clinically astute.
• Able to identify opportunities to provide outstanding patient experience through teamwork, communication, coordination and a constant awareness of patient and family centered care.
