    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and develop NC Energy Solutions Team across Washington to become the leader in energy conservation sales
    • Track all retrofit sales of Energy Solutions Team and report monthly
    • Develop a network of solid energy solutions contractor partners across Washington
    • Perform all Associate reviews for the Energy Solutions Team in Washington annually, effectively manage ESD Sales Team
    • Develop and implement business plans to aggressively grow Sylvania product sales and meet agreed upon annual goals, both sales and gross margin
    • Utilize approved NC Key Suppliers and Factory Reps to complete Energy Solutions Team product portfolio
    • Drive business development within the Energy Conservation Marketplace, both within our existing customers and new customers.
    • Demonstrate leadership, vision, and people development skills
    • Collaborate with company leadership, Territory Managers and Sales Associates to promote energy conservation lighting and controls
    • Work with the Lighting Controls Group to develop a competitive edge for customers and controls
    • Help North Coast become a lighting controls leader in our geography

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:

    • Previous sales and managerial experience in Energy Solutions or related markets
    • Proven ability to lead a sales team to successful achievement of sales targets
    • Minimum 10 years Lighting Industry experience
    • Working knowledge of Utility Rebate programs and payback analysis
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Strong leadership, team building, organizational, and interpersonal skills
    • Minimum 2 year Associate’s Degree

     

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Frequent computer and telephone use
    • Office environment, mainly seated at a desk
    • Some travel required
